Robert Kohnle healthcare career, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and lead several successful businesses. His first venture into the business world began with DermaSafe Systems, Inc., in Portland, Oregon, where he served as CEO from July 1998 to August 2003. In this capacity, he showcased his business acumen by developing plans that secured over $1 million in funding from conventional banking sources and venture capital. His leadership was instrumental in setting up the company’s infrastructure, hiring key personnel, and managing a team of 16 employees, leading to significant sales achievements.

In March 2012, he took the entrepreneurial helm as the Founder and CEO of Real Benefits Group, Inc. He was responsible for setting up manufacturing plants, implementing business management software, and managing various aspects of the business, including accounts receivables, payables, and general ledger. His ability to take complicated data and present it in an understandable format proved invaluable in these roles.

His career also includes significant contributions to the insurance sector. He worked as an Insurance Broker at Harris Insurance Group from May 2005 to June 2007, specializing in life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance. He then assumed the Assistant District General Manager role at Colonial Life from June 2007 to February 2012, applying his extensive knowledge of insurance and financial services.

He also possesses a solid working knowledge of various software tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design programs like PageMaker, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This technical proficiency has been a crucial asset across his diverse professional endeavors.

Furthermore, his innovative spirit is evident in his creation of two patents: “Seat Cushioning for Minimizing Decubitus Ulcers” (U.S. Patent # 6,230,351 B1) and “Mattress for Minimizing Decubitus Ulcers” (U.S. Patent # 6,052,851). These inventions reflect his dedication to improving patient care through creative solutions.

His involvement in professional organizations such as the Chiropractic Association of Oregon, the American Chiropractic Association, and the Clinical Kinesiology Organization for Research and Education, along with his participation in the Functional Medicine Research Committee, underscores his dedication to continuous learning and contributing to the advancement of healthcare and chiropractic practices.
